* King Air A-90 delivered to customer. Customer training will include NVG training.

* Merlin completes it move to it new expanded facility.

* Merlin announces new "Pro Series" which is designed for Private, Instrument and Commercial training. The Pro Series consists of three models (Re-configurable airplane, 300C helicopter and R22/R44 helicopter).

* Schweizer 300C FTD with a 180 deg. wrap-around visual system has been ordered by flight academy Rotors of the Rockies. Flight testing of the actual aircraft will commence this month. Delivery date is set for 4th quarter '08.

* Merlin is award Seaport E contract with U.S.Navy. SAIC is teammate.

* R22/R44 FTD has been ordered and shipped to a training facility in Eastern Europe.
